What is a child panel?
A child panel is a complete SMM panel website on your own domain, hosted by SMMFollows and connected to SMMFollows as its provider. Your customers order on your site under your brand; the orders are forwarded to SMMFollows through your account.
How much does it cost?
$3 per month during the current promotion; the regular price is $5. The fee is deducted from your SMMFollows balance and covers the panel only. Services your customers order are charged to your balance at normal SMMFollows rates.
How long does activation take?
3 to 6 hours after you order, provided your domain's nameservers already point to dns1.cloudns.net and dns2.cloudns.net.
Do I need hosting?
No. You only need a domain name. SMMFollows hosts the panel.
I already own a domain. What do I do?
Change its nameservers at your registrar to dns1.cloudns.net and dns2.cloudns.net, wait for the change to propagate, then order the child panel with that domain.
How do I connect the panel to SMMFollows?
Open yourdomain.com/admin/settings/providers and link SMMFollows with the API key from your smmfollows.com account settings.
Will my customers see SMMFollows?
No. Orders are placed on your website and forwarded to SMMFollows in the background through your account. Your customers only see your brand.
Who receives my customers' payments?
You do. Customers pay into your own payment gateway accounts, which you add under yourdomain.com/admin/settings/payments. The money never passes through SMMFollows.
Does the currency matter?
Choose USD to get the full list of payment gateways. Another currency limits you to the 1 to 3 gateways that support it.
Can I change the domain later?
Once. Point the new domain's nameservers to the same two cloudns addresses and send the new domain in a ticket; SMMFollows swaps it for the old one.
Can I add another admin account?
Yes. Send the username and password in a ticket and say what the account may access: everything, or only certain pages such as orders, tickets or payments.
Is the affiliate feature available on a child panel?
No. The affiliate program belongs to your main smmfollows.com account, not to the child panel.
Can I get a refund?
Not once the panel is active. You can stop it at any time by opening a ticket.
