Child panel / Payments
Payments
Your customers pay you, directly, through gateways you control. Here's how the money moves.
Two separate flows
| Flow | From | To | Set up where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Customer deposits | Your customers | Your gateway accounts (cards, PayPal, wallets, crypto) | yourdomain.com/admin/settings/payments |
| Order costs | Your SMMFollows balance | SMMFollows, per forwarded order | smmfollows.com → Add funds |
The two never touch. We don't see your customers' payments and don't take a cut of them; our only income from your panel is the $3 fee and the service rates on orders.
Choosing the panel currency
You pick the currency when ordering the panel. USD gives you the full list of gateways. Any other currency limits you to the one to three gateways that support it. If you sell in one country and want prices in local currency, weigh that against losing gateways; many resellers keep USD and simply quote local prices on their marketing pages.
Adding methods
- Open
yourdomain.com/admin/settings/payments. - Click Add method and choose a gateway.
- Enter the API keys or merchant details from your account with that gateway.
- Set the minimum deposit and, if offered, a bonus percentage for deposits above a threshold.
Enable only gateways you've tested with a real small deposit. A method that fails at checkout is worse than no method.
What to offer
- International customers: cards plus PayPal if you can get a PayPal business account.
- One country: the wallet or bank method everyone there uses, even if it means one gateway.
- Reseller customers: USDT, usually. Low fees and no chargebacks.
Refunds to your customers
Refunds are your policy and your gateway, so decide the rules before launch. The common, sane policy: deposits are not refundable to the card, but undelivered orders are credited back to the customer's panel balance. That mirrors how SMMFollows credits your balance for partial and canceled orders.
Keeping the provider balance funded
Customer money lands in your gateway; order costs come out of your SMMFollows balance. Move money across before it runs out. A rule that works: when your SMMFollows balance drops below a week of average orders, top it up. Most panel dashboards show the provider balance; a sticky note works too.
